Start a Conversation

Have an environment where Architecture of Commitment™ could be tested?

The most useful commercial conversation begins with something you already have.

That might be a business simulation, executive-learning program, historical organizational decision, major project, strategic initiative, enterprise evidence environment, or other bounded decision-rich setting.

You do not need to know how AoC should be implemented. Start with the environment, the evidence that exists, and what Architecture of Commitment™ would have to reveal for the evaluation to be worthwhile.

First determine whether AoC adds material incremental value. Integration can come later.

For an Evaluation Conversation

A useful first inquiry can be brief.

There is no need to prepare a technical integration plan or send organizational evidence before the initial conversation.

Tell Us What You Have

  • the decision environment, program, simulation, project, or initiative
  • the general kind of historical evidence that exists
  • how you currently analyze, debrief, or understand it
  • who would use any additional insight

Tell Us What Would Matter

  • what question you would like the evaluation to test
  • what your current approach already reveals well
  • what you suspect may still be missing
  • what AoC would have to add to justify going further

Do not send confidential evidence yet.

Please do not submit confidential, proprietary, personally identifying, customer-sensitive, security-sensitive, or other non-public organizational evidence through the public inquiry form or initial email.

If a bounded evaluation appears appropriate, the evidence scope, de-identification approach, transfer process, confidentiality, and intellectual-property boundaries can be established before evidence is exchanged.

The Commercial Question

Did Architecture of Commitment™ identify something consequential that your existing analysis did not already reveal as well?
