The website is intended to make the Architecture of Commitment™ proposition understandable enough for serious research, partner discussion, and bounded evaluation. Public availability does not itself grant a license to reproduce protected material, represent an AoC implementation, or commercially integrate Architecture of Commitment™ into another offering.
Use of This Website
This website is provided for informational, educational, research, professional communication, and prospective evaluation purposes.
Your access to and use of the website are subject to these Terms and applicable law.
You may use the website for lawful purposes provided that your use does not interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the site or violate rights that apply to the website, its content, or controlled materials.

All applicable rights are reserved.
Architecture of Commitment™ is a developed Governance Reasoning Architecture supported by a substantial and evolving body of knowledge. That broader body of work includes public materials as well as controlled and nonpublic materials used in research, evaluation, application development, and implementation.
Making selected descriptions, terminology, figures, examples, or other materials publicly available does not place protected expression, trademarks, controlled materials, or nonpublic information in the public domain and does not create an implementation, integration, or commercial license.
Important boundary
Nothing in these Terms is intended to claim exclusive ownership of facts, ideas, concepts, principles, systems, methods, or independently developed knowledge that applicable law leaves free for others to study, discuss, test, criticize, or develop. Rights are asserted only to the extent supported by applicable copyright, trademark, contract, trade-secret, confidentiality, or other law.
Permitted Use of Public Materials
You may access and read public pages, share links to public pages, and make reasonable reference to publicly available Architecture of Commitment™ materials for personal, educational, scholarly, journalistic, commentary, research, or professional discussion purposes, subject to applicable law.
Appropriate attribution should be provided when Architecture of Commitment™ or identified AoC publications, figures, or other authored materials are quoted, reproduced, or discussed.
Except as authorized in writing or otherwise permitted by applicable law, you may not reproduce, republish, redistribute, sell, license, or commercially exploit substantial protected portions of the website or controlled Architecture of Commitment™ materials.
Reading the architecture is not a license to implement it.
Public access does not grant an implementation, integration, training, software, commercial, certification, or derivative-use license to Architecture of Commitment™.
Educational, Scholarly, and Research Use
Architecture of Commitment™ is intended to be examined, challenged, tested, criticized, compared with other theories, and developed through serious scholarship.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to prohibit legitimate academic discussion, criticism, quotation, citation, empirical investigation, independent research, or other uses permitted by applicable law.
Independent empirical testing or criticism of ideas presented on the site does not require permission merely because Architecture of Commitment™ is the subject of that research.
Use involving complete controlled figures, nonpublic publications, course packages, executive-learning delivery, business simulations, systematic instructional use, or incorporation of protected AoC material into another offering may require permission or a separate written agreement.
Public Inquiries and Submitted Information
The website may allow visitors to request information, request selected materials, submit research questions, or provide high-level information about a potential evaluation or partner opportunity.
Public inquiry forms and introductory email communications are intended for high-level, non-confidential information.
Do not submit confidential, proprietary, sensitive, or production organizational evidence through public website forms.
Do not use a public form to transmit internal company documents, customer information, personal data, security-sensitive information, nonpublic communications, production datasets, or other evidence requiring confidential treatment.
Submitting an inquiry through the website does not by itself create a confidential relationship, research agreement, evaluation agreement, partnership, license, or other contractual relationship.
If a potential research or commercial opportunity progresses, the appropriate scope, evidence handling, de-identification or pseudonymization approach, transfer method, confidentiality protections, and intellectual-property boundaries can be established before protected evidence is exchanged.
Evaluate the reasoning before building the integration.
A bounded evaluation is a controlled test of whether AoC adds material understanding beyond what an organization already sees.
A potential evaluation may begin with one bounded historical decision, project, initiative, simulation, or related decision sequence.
Where appropriate, the organization may prepare a deliberately de-identified or pseudonymized evidence package. The objective is to remove unnecessary identity while preserving enough decision structure for the defined evaluation question to be examined.
The organization may retain any identity key used to map pseudonymous labels to actual people, business units, products, clients, or other entities, unless the parties expressly agree otherwise.
You keep the identity. We analyze the structure.
The purpose of an initial bounded evaluation is to determine whether Architecture of Commitment™ identifies something consequential that the organization's existing analysis, debrief, postmortem, or management understanding materially missed.
Controlled and Requested Materials
Some publications, figures, research materials, evaluation materials, and partner materials may be made available only after a request or within a defined research, evaluation, pilot, or commercial relationship.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, controlled materials are provided only for the purpose for which access was granted and should not be redistributed to other individuals or organizations.
If another colleague or participant needs access, they may request the current material directly. This helps preserve version control, context, development status, and the appropriate disclosure boundary.
Access to one document, figure, diagnostic, evaluation output, or controlled material does not grant access to, ownership of, or a license to the complete Architecture of Commitment™ reasoning architecture or other nonpublic materials.
Evaluation, Confidentiality, and Separate Agreements
An initial inquiry, qualification discussion, or high-level exchange ordinarily does not require a separate evaluation or confidentiality agreement.
If an opportunity progresses to the exchange of nonpublic organizational evidence, selected nonpublic AoC reasoning, sensitive implementation information, or other protected material, the parties may establish an appropriate confidentiality, evaluation, pilot, license, data-handling, or other written agreement before that exchange occurs.
A separate signed agreement may define matters such as evaluation scope, permitted use, confidentiality, evidence handling, de-identification or pseudonymization, transfer procedures, intellectual-property boundaries, ownership, publication, implementation rights, licensing, or commercial terms.
Where a separate written agreement between the parties expressly governs particular materials, evidence, outputs, or activities, that agreement controls those matters to the extent of any conflict with these website Terms.
Evaluation is not transfer.
Evaluation uses selected AoC reasoning components appropriate to the question being tested. It does not require disclosure, delivery, or transfer of the complete reasoning architecture and does not by itself grant a license to reproduce or implement that architecture.
Evaluation Outputs
A bounded evaluation may produce an evidence-linked diagnostic, analysis, comparison, summary, or other defined output. The precise deliverable depends on the scope of the particular evaluation.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, an evaluation output is provided for the defined evaluation purpose. Receipt of an output does not transfer the underlying Architecture of Commitment™ reasoning system, internal protocols, reasoning sequences, implementation logic, or other controlled capability used to produce it.
An initial evaluation may be intentionally limited to the findings necessary to determine whether deeper analysis appears worthwhile. A positive evaluation does not obligate either party to proceed to a larger diagnostic, pilot, integration, or license.
AI, Automated Extraction, and Model Use
Using AI as the mechanism does not itself create rights that would not otherwise exist.
Public website content may be encountered, indexed, summarized, or analyzed through ordinary browsers, search engines, AI-assisted research tools, and other generally available technologies. Nothing in these Terms is intended to prohibit activity that applicable law permits notwithstanding these Terms.
Except where authorized in writing or otherwise permitted by applicable law, you may not use automated systems, artificial intelligence systems, scraping tools, agents, datasets, or similar technologies to systematically appropriate protected Architecture of Commitment™ content for unauthorized reproduction, reconstruction, or commercial substitution.
- systematically extracting, copying, or reproducing substantial protected content or controlled materials;
- assembling protected public and controlled materials for the purpose of reconstructing, replicating, or creating an unauthorized substitute for the nonpublic AoC reasoning capability;
- creating an unauthorized repository, product, service, course, simulation layer, software capability, commercial framework, or implementation based substantially on copied protected AoC material;
- using automated or AI systems to reproduce protected AoC expression for unauthorized commercial substitution;
- using credentials, technical workarounds, automation, or other means to circumvent access controls governing controlled or nonpublic materials; or
- misrepresenting an independently created, AI-generated, or reconstructed system as an authorized Architecture of Commitment™ implementation or offering.
These provisions are not intended to prevent legitimate learning, research, criticism, commentary, quotation, interoperability, independent development, or other activity protected or permitted by law. They address unauthorized systematic reproduction, appropriation of protected expression or controlled material, circumvention of access controls, misrepresentation, and commercial substitution.
Partner, Integration, and Commercial Use
Architecture of Commitment™ is being evaluated for repeatable application through suitable partner environments, including executive-learning offerings, business simulations, enterprise technologies, organizational evidence environments, and other appropriate settings.
The public website may be used to understand the proposition and determine whether a potential relationship merits qualification or bounded evaluation.
The website does not itself authorize a prospective partner, consultant, technology provider, educational provider, simulation provider, or other organization to represent that it offers Architecture of Commitment™, embed AoC into its products or services, deliver controlled AoC materials, or commercially exploit protected AoC content.
Any authorized diagnostic, pilot, integration, licensing arrangement, certification, or other commercial implementation is governed by the applicable written agreement.
No Implied Partnership or Endorsement
References to companies, universities, platforms, technologies, publications, researchers, cases, or other organizations may appear for research, discussion, illustration, acknowledgment, or representative-example purposes.
Unless expressly stated, such references do not imply a partnership, endorsement, sponsorship, license, commercial relationship, evaluation relationship, or implementation of Architecture of Commitment™ by the referenced organization.
Names and Trademarks
Architecture of Commitment™, AITEUR™, Protect Tomorrow's Choices.™, Use AI. Own the Result.™, AiGGLOMERATION™, and other names expressly presented as marks are used to identify Architecture of Commitment™ products, concepts, services, applications, or source where applicable.
No permission is granted to use these marks as the name or branding of another product, service, framework, program, company, course, software system, or commercial offering in a manner likely to create confusion regarding source, sponsorship, affiliation, or authorization.
Other company, product, service, and organization names may be trademarks of their respective owners.
Development, Evaluation, and Validation Status
Architecture of Commitment™ is a developed Governance Reasoning Architecture.
Current development includes empirical validation, application refinement, and partner evaluation.
Individual applications, integrations, measurements, technical capabilities, diagnostics, and implementation approaches may have different levels of development, evaluation, validation, or commercial deployment.
Nothing on this website should be interpreted as representing that every proposed application, hypothesis, integration, diagnostic, technical capability, or implementation has been empirically validated or commercially deployed.
No Professional Advice
