Architecture of Commitment™ Diagnostics

Governance Diagnostics

A structured diagnostic for identifying where governance conditions are narrowing decision space, weakening signal survivability, or making important futures harder to defend.

What the Diagnostic Examines

The diagnostic looks upstream of visible decisions. It examines how information is weighted, which concerns survive review, where authority weakens under pressure, and how the organization determines what remains admissible.

The work is designed to surface governing conditions before they appear as strategy failure, execution friction, AI governance breakdown, or lost optionality.

Diagnostic Focus Areas

  • Decision input weighting
  • Admissibility and survivability under pressure
  • Signal filtering before board or executive review
  • Governance conditions around AI-assisted decisions
  • Commitment-point ownership and accountability
  • Long-cycle investments and deferred futures

Typical Use

The diagnostic can be used as an entry point before an executive session, board discussion, AI governance review, strategic reset, or advisory engagement where the central question is not only what decision should be made, but what governing conditions are shaping the decision space.

The diagnostics are currently in development. For related writing, speaking, or executive session inquiries, contact Tim@architectureofcommitment.com .
