Rather than evaluating isolated decisions, the diagnostic examines the governing conditions that shape those decisions. It considers how information is weighted, which concerns survive review, where authority weakens under pressure, and how admissibility changes over time.
The objective is to identify governance conditions before they emerge as strategy failure, execution friction, AI governance breakdown, or the quiet loss of future strategic options.
The diagnostic is derived from the broader Architecture of Commitment™ research program and is informed by the publication series, canonical figures, executive education materials, and ongoing research.
