A bounded AoC evaluation can begin with an existing business simulation, executive-learning experience, historical organizational decision, project, initiative, transformation, or other decision-rich environment.
This inquiry is designed only to determine whether there is a credible evaluation opportunity and what the appropriate next step should be.
Qualification first. Evidence exchange only after the evaluation scope and protections are clear.
You do not need to upload documents, prepare an integration plan, or identify which AoC materials you think you need.
A short description of the environment and the evaluation question is enough to begin.

Describe at a high level what kinds of evidence already exist.
Tell us how the environment is already analyzed or understood.
Describe what AoC would have to reveal for further work to be worthwhile.
Please do not submit confidential, proprietary, personally identifying, customer-sensitive, employee-sensitive, security-sensitive, production, or other non-public organizational evidence through the public form or initial email.
The inquiry is for qualification only. A high-level description of the evidence is sufficient.
If the opportunity progresses, the parties can establish the appropriate evidence scope, de-identification or pseudonymization approach, transfer process, confidentiality, data handling, and intellectual-property protections before evidence is exchanged.
